Where the product is faulty will we provide a refund in accordance with Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Customers can return unopened products within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item, provided the customer informs OneNightOnly of the return within the 7 calendar day return period by sending an email to customerservice@onenightonly.co.za.
The cost of return of the products shall be for the customer’s account. Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for returned products once a product’s packaging has been opened by you.
