Frequently Asked Questions
How can we please you today?
What is discreet packaging?
Exactly what it sounds like! We’ll send your order in an unremarkable courier bag with no OneNightOnly branding or mention of the contents inside. We may be freaks in the sheets, but we're 100% discreet in the streets. Every order ships in unremarkable, unbranded packaging - no names, no shame.
Is discreet packaging real? Will anyone be able to tell I have bought something from OneNightOnly?
No one will be able to tell what you have bought or from where. Our packaging is discreet so that you have complete peace of mind that your privacy is respected, promise. Your name will be on the parcel, but only to ensure that we deliver your products to the correct person, but nowhere on your parcel will it mention OneNightOnly or infer to the nature of the product inside.
What is your refund and returns policy?
Because of the personal nature of the products we sell, customers can return unopened products within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided the customer informs OneNightOnly of the return within the 7 calendar day return period. Should your product develop a fault while under the warranty period, please send an email to [email protected] and we'll gladly issue a replacement. You can view our full refunds and returns policy.
How safe is my personal information?
Safe as houses. Like the White House or houses that form part of the Witness Protection Programme. All information is safely stored on our secure and encrypted server. That means that this information cannot be traced, intercepted or used by unauthorised third parties. Your credit card information will not be kept in our system. All personal information is treated in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Does OneNightOnly have a physical store?
In a word, no. In three words, no we don't. This way your shopping experience is completely discreet with no prying eyes. We want your intimate shopping experience to be exactly that: intimate.
How can I check the quality of your toys?
We do, so you don't have to. Our suppliers - and the products we sell - are hand-selected to ensure only the very best sex toys are available to you. In the rare event that your purchase is faulty, let us know and we'll replace it quicker than you can blink. We only stock the best sex toys with globally recognized brands to ensure that we only use body-safe matierials. We only want you to worry about how good YOU feel and nothing else.
What's the difference between a vibrator and a dildo?
The clue is in the title here. Both dildos and vibrators can be penis-shaped, and both are used for external and internal stimulation, either during masturbation or to enhance your sex life with your partner.
The only difference: vibrators (unsurprisingly) vibrate. This makes them excellent stimulation toys, with different vibration speeds and patterns enabling you to discover what works best for you. There are a number of type of vibrators to stimulate in different ways such as bullets, eggs, wands and curved toys specifically aimed to reach that G-spot. We have every type of toy to ensure your needs are met.
Why does your logo look like that of OneDayOnly.co.za?
Because we're related, in a way: OneDayOnly.co.za is the owner of OneNightOnly.co.za. We sell sex toys on OneDayOnly.co.za from time to time, but we find we can't run them often enough to satisfy demand. So we decided to try running a "normal" shop - as opposed to one-day deals - and fully satisfy SA's need for quality sex toys at the same time! We leverage all of the good things you love about OneDayOnly such as secure payments & reliable delivery as one of South Africa's most loved brands.

Don't worry, we have you covered so you can keep your thoughts dirty, but your toys clean with our guide to looking after your toys.
Are your toys waterproof?
Before you dive in, consider which toys will be joining you. Splashproof means a sex toy can handle a little surface water, like a light shower spray, but it shouldn’t be submerged. Waterproof, on the other hand, means it’s submersion-safe. We break down the technical product specs for you to look out for in this guide.
